Remarks | I was driving headed north, saw it from the passenger side of the car out the front windshield, which is when I looked up and turned my head slightly right to see it. I followed it with my eyes as it headed north, but as it was so low, the buildings to my right blocked my view after 2-3 seconds. A friend of mine reported some sparking fragmentation dropped in a parking lot in Plattsburgh NY that she witnessed. |
