slowly moving and curved pathway spanning less than 3-4 degrees visual angle but with perceptible downward curvature. At first though it was a firework but we are on the 30th floor looking upward 20+ degrees so it was way too high for a ground launched firework- we only observed the downward curvature- i.e. nothing going up! Thanks (I forgot to look at my watch so time is +or- 15 minutes.
