Reports Report 4571c (Event 4571-2017)

Observer
Name Richard B
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks It was very cloudy and all I saw was a bright green flash which lit up the clouds. Could have been miles away but was shocked how green it was. Same affect as lightning but was not white in colour. Looking on the internet the only colour green recorded in the sky is a meteor. Hope this helps. It was also very windy so it could have been a power line I guess but not sure that would create a large green glow for miles vertically and horizontal. No actual fire ball was seen just the green glow which lasted a second or two.
