thin bright white line moving across the sky faster than I had ever seen, then a very bright flash; I was looking at what I thought might be the ISS when the white line streaked by; trees limit my field of vision to the south and southeast; I don't know if seeing a line rather than an object meant fragmentation or a smoke trail
