I noticed the ball go across the sky above the trees in an eastward path. First looked like a large bottle rocket, but it\'s angle was coming downward from they sky. I went level with the the treelines and then emitted a bright flash. I have it on in car video at this time. It was green in color and very bright. No sounds but my windows were up. Unable to locate any fire afterwards. This occured exactly at 4:22:30 am as seen on the incar video.
