I have never seen one before. I will never forget it! I expected a boom or distant trees the catch fire as it was so low looking compared to tree line but no boom or light after came . I live on a small farm up on top a high Plateau and was heading to the house from the barn and caught it out of corner of my eye, turned and watched it 1 or 2 sec then it’s like it disappeared intnthe tree line and I expected a boom or flash but none came.
