| Remarks | My boyfriend and I were heading East toward Massachusetts on the NY State Thruway, approx. 2 miles before the town of Fonda, NY when we saw the Meteor with it\'s fantastic green colored tail. Of significance is that the fireball was large enough and bright enough to be seen for close to 3 seconds even through the intermittent fog and overcast conditions we were driving through at the time. |
