| Remarks | The night was dark and the exact location of the strike cannot be determined, but may be near Cambridge, MD The green ball looked almost as big as a soccer ball and much larger than a soft ball. The tail was longer than usual and appeared to be about 4 foot long. The object appeared to hold together all the way to the horizon. When I saw one years ago, just east of Florida, the object was the same color and appeared to break into six or seven smaller balls when it got close to the sea. |
