Reports Report 1070e (Event 1070-2011)

Observer
Name Mark E
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks We saw this on the lake. It was very bright and colorful. We thought it may be part of The UARS satellite, but all online reports indicate it was over with by this time.I have never seen a meteor quite like this. A few weeks ago I accidentally filmed a meteor on this lake, and said it was one of the brightest I had ever seen, this one was 2-3 times as bright as the one I filmed. I am unsure if I selected the proper brightness level in the report as It is very hard to gauge brightness with no experience and nothing to compare to.
