Reports Report 3289b (Event 3289-2017)

Observer
Name Zack G
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks I didn't see it from start to finish. I looked up and it was there, but got lost behind a tree before I could see the end of it. It was done once it got behind the tree, because I looked for it to come out on the other side and it never did. My time might be a little off, because I didn't report it right away, but I know it was between 7:00-8:00pm PST on 9/18.
