Remarks A blue in appearance lightening flash went off out my window, which originally drew my attention, then almost instantly I saw a red and orange fire ball just above the tree line that either disappeared from sight or fizzled out very quickly. The boom was thunderous and rumbling and came 1-3 minutes afterwards.

Remarks A minute or two later, standing outside with my family who I alerted to what I saw, we were discussing it NOT being a meteor or fireball due to no noise, when all the sudden the boom sounded and thundered through the sky for a second or three.
