Reports Report 3031a (Event 3031-2017)

Observer
Name David L
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks I clearly saw a very large light yellow object appear out of nowhere, while I was looking up very high. I followed it and its trail right down past my horizon. I actually braced for an impact because I thought it was going to hit the ground nearby. I've seen shooting stars and other objects in orbit so I knew it wasn't a normal event and felt compelled to report it.
