Reports Report 2925yh (Event 2925-2017)

Observer
Name Jason A
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I've seen lots of meteors but this was much larger and appeared slower and lasted for a long time. It seemed fairly close, within 25 miles (obviously that's wrong)and it's continuing path was obscured by some trees. Based upon its speed and trajectory I had expected to hear or see a boom/explosion about 5-10 seconds as it went behind the trees, but I heard nothing. Never seen anything like this before.
