It started out a greenish color then turned a blueish color and then right before it disappeared it became a yellowish color. The tail on the thing looked to be several miles long and wiggle not a straight line. It was very pretty I thought I may be the only one but a friend approximately 19pmile away seen it too. He is in catawba county NC
