Remarks | I was driving south on Rt 81 on Sunday morning 7/17/11 at approx. 4:02 am when a green/yellow flash startled me. I thought at first it was lightning but the color was odd. I looked to my left and saw the fireball trailing downward. It took awhile to comprehend this. I looked at the sky afterward and the moon was very bright and the stars were all visible. I knew it wan\'t lightning. I did not hear a sound, I was traveling south, away from the event. My boyfriend was driving a tractor trailer in front of my vehicle and it startled him also. |
