Remarks This occurred at a time when the sky was very bright in Alaska, near daylight. It would have been very visible in bright daylight. We were driving due north at the time and it was visible from the top of the windshield until it descended behind the mountains. The windows were up and radio on so we may not have heard any related sounds other that our comments about it to each other.
