Remarks I thought it was going to make a big sound or explosion because I saw how bright it still was at horizon level. It went into the valley and expected to hear a sound but nothing and it just went dark as if it broke to peices. I was maybe a quarter mile away to mile. It was a quick flash like as if the green light bulb got a mini surge and then went out like with a light switch.
