I saw most of it, my husband was driving and saw it out of the corner of his eye. I am deaf so didn't hear anything. My husband can hear normally but it was very windy for him to hear anything. We thought maybe a transformer blew but that wouldn't make sense as it seemed like it originate from the sky to the horizon (like a shooting star) rather than from the ground to the sky. We have seen transformers blown before and this was not like that; much bigger and much much higher flash. The clouds were the kind that comes with squalls in cold fronts and the fireball was seen between and below the clouds.

I thought a "bomb" was being sent to Ann Arbor and it exploded there or beyond.
