Remarks
A distinctive bulbous, glowing head with a lengthy jetstream like trail. The gas was coming off the head like swirling dry ice vapor. It was spectacular. I was lucky to see it. I thought it was a plane approaching O\'Hare but it was so \"smoky\" I knew it was odd for a plane.
Terminal flash
Observation
No
Remarks
As it passed by it seemed to be losing matter quickly and was in a descending angle. But it continued west-northwest towards Iowa and while it appeared to be \"fragmenting\" , the fiery glow was pulsating somewhat but not brightly.
