| Remarks | Meteor was viewed due West of Moro Illinois at 9:02 PM central time , duration approximately one second , perfect downward vertical streak , beginning approximately 20° above the horizon , terminating at 5° above horizon , brilliant white color , approximately magnitude -3 to -4. No artifacts were viewed within the streak and no sound was heard within an outside observation from my location for 5 minutes after. |
