I found it unusual that my dog clearly reacted to it. He was looking up and barking at it, while running along in the same direction.

I heard a sort of very faint muffled boom. Also my dog reacted to it, he chased it across the yard looking up and barking at it.

We had snow showers off and on. This seemed to he traveling through a cloud it was very bright and illuminated the surrounding sky / cloud very brightly. There was a clear trail the entire time it was visible.
