Reports Report 5271d (Event 5271-2016)

Observer
Name Carrie Lee Pierson S
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I was driving and was surprised to see the fireball. It was beautiful. I normally have my csmera in hand, but since I was drving, I did not. It happened so fast. I was surprised by the size and the red glow and green colors with the white trail behind. It fell in a slight arc. Really lovely. I have seen meteor showers before, both in Louisiana and mixed with auroras in Seattle, but this was brighter and more colorful than anything that I have ever seen. Please keep me posted if you have any other reports. Thanks! CLS@TULANE.EDU or vogthorstar@gmail.com
