Remarks I only searched Google on this because I was recalling it vividly to a co-worker (occurred more than 3 years ago). I remembered the date because it was the day before Halloween in 2013, and I remember another person standing close to me waiting for the Metro bus in Seattle. I didn't call out "Did you see that?" or anything, and he was looking down at his cell phone. It did not make a noise. Appeared to be a large object as I looked toward the Eastern sky, saw it for perhaps 7-8 seconds coming from the East. It appeared over a tree and two-story building across Lake City Way in NE Seattle (appeared to be similar in altitude to planes coming in on approach for a landing at Sea-Tac Airport less than 20 miles to the south). It was coming in fast , emanating a bluish bright light. It went out of my view over the building behind me, bearing south and west of my position. I was listening as I really thought I might hear a boom from impact! Then I did a recalculation in my head, and thought with the speed of this object, it likely went out well far enough to land in the Pacific Ocean. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, I'm sure. It was quite remarkable.
