Remarks It was bright white and dissipated as fast as the rest of the anomaly. It was more of a flash and then nothing. No sparks or black smoke trail as it dissipated.
Terminal flash
Observation Yes
Remarks The circular part that was heading towards earth was glowing neon blue and then faded into light blue and then bright white as it stretched into the tail. It lasted maybe 3 seconds and then flashed into nothing. No trace left. No sparks or black smoke. I thought it looked like a shooting star at first, but it was so close in proximity to where I was. I was riding passenger seat and had a very clear view. The drive did not see but did see a flash.
