When I first saw it I thought of some sort of firework but watching it for a few seconds it moved slower and more deliberate with a bright blue green hue and a tail of white. Moving low in the sky my impression was that it was very close. Can't explain what else it could have been, I did call Baltimore Police 911 and reported the sighting at 0515 hours.
