Remarks It was a fireball...it looked like a roman candle being shot down at a 45 degree angle from a cloud.Then it broke up into 3 pieces and burned out close to the ground.I was sitting on the paragliding launch site in North Boulder and saw the whole flight and burn in our atmosphere.
