I was in my car so I was unable to hear anything if there was a noise. From my point of view, it was heading straight east, I did not see much of an arc but I could see it going downward toward horizon level.

Remarks
No fragmentation, but flashed as it was dropping down farther towards the horizon. The flash was bright and the fireball became larger, and then went back to the original size when I first saw it.
