| Remarks | I described the details of this sighting previously about an hour ago...the reason I resubmitted this information is that the area of questioning where I was asked to click this and that got a bit confusing and I was afraid that If my understanding of your questions was not clear, then couldn't give an accurate answer...I did call 911 within a few minutes of seeing this, and for documentation, i did obtain the 911 operator's emloyee number.
