We saw the object to our east from an altitude of about 300 feet. It took us by surprise but we saw approximately where it hit the ground, in a marshy area approximately 1/4 - 1/2 mile east of Route 1 (DE) between Odessa and Middletown.

Remarks
We were driving at about 60mph and saw something fall from the sky about 1/4 mile to the east. The object was followed by a bright white/light green train. The object landed in a marshy area just to the east of Route 1.
