I saw something appear in my field of vision as i was heading east tword lincoln tunnel. Bright green light appearing in mid horizon-trailing/tail brilliant white light- beautiful! did not feel scary-angled down out of view. i took hoboken exit to tunnel- did not see smoke or hear sirens so i thought it fell in to hudson river. it appeared close- i guess it was just really big. i called my husband to let him know what i witnessed. I thought of superman being sent to earth from krypton- funny, that was my thought-the only other time i have seen this color is on a needle shaped object observed in the night sky from my house - the green and also electric pink /yellow and white lights seemed to be on and extended from object. this did not fall like a star or meteor, it moved staright across the sky from NW to NE. around october 14-18? 2010. i see lots of unusual things in the night sky near my house, specifically starting in September of 2009. I live in NW New Jersey near Wanaque Reseivior. I am serious about my statements and only offer color statements as a comparison to personally observed sky phenomina. |
