Me and my wife had just got home from a concert and on the way i noticed how clear the night sky was. There was just a few feathery clouds down low on the east horizon. I decided to step out back to view the stars before going to bed. I'm interested in the constellations. I saw it instantly on opening my back door. I saw it from about half way up the sky going down to the east. It then exploded low on the horizon behind some very thin clouds. I'm sure that i missed the start of it.
