Remarks This was over pacific ocean nearby point magu naval air base. this base is active militarty test range from land to offshore. Apperance was down trending green fireball.- not rocket test. could have distress flare but i think not as we are above five miles from ocean and i think it was too high and too brght for flare fivemiles away. also distress flares are red I thnk

Remarks narrow green downward streak that broadened towards horizon , when last seen width was about 3 to 5 x wider than initial width. seen as very narrow isosles triangle, acute angle (less that 10 degrees) triangle pointing up. green color like copper in flame. in direction towards point magu naval base.
