Reports Report 3493s (Event 3493-2016)

Observer
Name Richard G
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks Was incredibly bright. I may have the brightness scale off as I'm not really sure how to measure that. It was so bright that I caught it from my peripheral vision. I was downtown Chicago on the top of my building (10 floors) so there was a lot of light pollution. Thanks for all you do!
