39°10'39"N 82°44'11"W Elevation 410ft was my location on a boat dock on Lake Russell. The green object went from 40° going towards and ending on 10° of the compass. It was traveling at a slight downward angle. It was a very low in the sky about 12° I estimate. It was moving faster than an airplane but not very fast according to the speed most shooting stars that I see. It lasted long enough for me to say "oh my God ", a short time later it turned white and fragmented and was gone.
