Very bright, but very fast. I've seen space junk re-entering, but this was far faster and almost vertical. Very bright to be seen in the middle of the day.

Whole thing lasted about 1/4 second. Saw two flashes and it disappeared just before going over the horizon. Close because it was in front of clouds.
