Reports Report 3173a (Event 3173-2016)

Observer
Name clark a
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks Again this meteor/comet was the third sighting this year 2016 I did not report the one in March. This was an excellent sighting smaller in size from my position than the other two.But again the object appears to stand a solar reflection completely still a great distance hints to be speeding by faster than light itself.
