The green color was the most striking part. It looked like a flare or fireworks at first except that it came from the sky to the ground like a meteor would.

Remarks
Glowing smoke trail that pulsed twice before moving into a cloud haze on the horizon followed by a very bright flash like cloud lightning. After the final flash I couldn't see the trail anymore because the sky was dark again.
Terminal flash
Observation
Yes
Remarks
There were 3 flashes. One at the beginning of the trail, one just before entering a cloudy haze on the horizon, and a final one after it passed into the haze that was like cloud lightning but green in color.
