Very bright white light- like a spotlight. I was expecting to look up and see a helicopter but saw a huge fireball fragmenting into two main bodies, one smaller.

I was looking down. It was the bright white light that made me look up. I saw the fireball fragment into two main pieces and several dozen smaller pieces then it was out if my view. No noise.
