Remarks | The brightest and largest thing I have ever seen moving in the the sky. I've seen shooting stars before, but this was different. The other shooting stars I've seen were very far away, always white, and quick streaks. This I saw while driving, so obviously looking straight ahead and not up. Seemed very close, so seemed very large and not far above the horizon, Also not a quick streak across, but definite left to right downward travel at slower pace. I only saw the very end of it, as it came into my field of vision from the left, lasted a few seconds and then disintegrated. Brilliant green color and absolutely beautiful. Hope I live to see another one! |
