Reports Report 442b (Event 442-2016)

Observer
Name Phill W
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks The fireball flickered rapidly about 6 times. Subjectively: it seemed very low and very close. It was the brightest object of this kind I have ever seen. There was patchy high and mid-level cloud and the object seemed to be below this but this may have been more to do with its intense brightness. As it flickered bright it seemed to be about 10 Jupiters in diameter. I was observing Jupiter at the moment it appeared.
