Reports Report 340ja (Event 340-2016)

Observer
Name Joseph J
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I listed the color as white. However, I am color-blind, so the color may have actually been different. I was driving on the Pennsylvania Turnpike when I saw it out of the drivers' side window, so I wasn't able to stop to see if there was any persistent trail.
