It was the first time I have seen a bright fireball in the daytime. I have seen shooting stars at night, but never a meteor(ite). It was rather spectacular in my eyes.

It looked as if someone was firing a military grade missle from a position above earths atmosphere. Smoke trail dissipated from vision approximately 1.5 seconds following brightest part of fireball.

Fireball appeared to grow brighter shortly after sighting, and then after reaching an extremely bright glow, the fireball appeared to gradually lose brightness before exiting sight.
