Remarks there was a slight fog on this evening, The ball seemed to have been dropped from the sky. It looked quite large, a bit larger than a pea held at arms length against the sky at a 45^ angle. The color was very cool, an electric blue green. I was waiting to see an impact flash near the State Capitol building.
