Reports Report 3501e (Event 3501-2015)

Observer
Name Joseph D
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks Wasn't sure on which direction it went down, was off straight down but close to it, but I can't remember if it was right or left so I put straight down. I thought it was a streamer from a large nearby firework at first, but it was going down instead of up, so about that bright, but definitely not as big as a first quarter moon. I am fairly confident about the direction of view I reported, as I lined it up with the building I saw it over and where I was. I am fairly uncertain of the angle above the horizon, but I did not have to look up when I first saw it, and it ended just above a two story building in the field of view marked on the map. I put 8:50 as the time, looking at my call history that is probably inprecise, I called my dad just after to see if he saw it(less than 2 min, prob 1 min or less) and my phone logged the time as 8:50 pm. My phone is less than a minute off from googles time, so the sighting was between 20:48 and 20:50.
