Remarks | Yes, I saw the fireball through a skylight in my room while laying in bed. The room was illuminated like daytime, more than the light of a full moon. Based on the trail that I saw, I presume that the fireball had entered the top of the atmosphere. I could only see through a 30 deg gap between the redwood trees and the trail persisted well after the fireball had exited my field of view. Since I know my orientation, I can say that the fireball was headed west at very high velocity. I am an engineer. Thank you for your website |
