Remarks I have seen tiny thin streaks of meteors before but never anything like this. It caught my eye while driving. There was a very thick streak of light - I think I could also make out the "ball" at the front but it was so fast. The ball itself might have had a bit of color to it. It looked almost like a firework the streak was so thick and seemed close. But it was pointing down rather than up like a firework. I'm not sure if I rated the brightness correctly - but it's my best guess. What a treat!
