Remarks | It literally lit up the inside of our house , that faces south on Brevort Lake (like headlights with high beams shining out on our back lawn into the house) . Unbelievably bright and lasted longer than any shooting star I've ever seen. I fully expected an explosion or impact of some sort, quite relieved when it didn't happen! I've never seen anything this, so extremely bright in the night sky, and only saw it because I happened to glance in the direction at the exact time it happened. Pretty sure my family thought I was nuts when I tried to explain it this morning, but was positive it was no dream because I wrote the time down as soon as I saw it to prove to myself in the morning ! |
