Remarks | I am a sixth grade Earth Science teacher. I had just finished a run on the strand (pedestrian & bike path on the beach), and was waiting for my wife to complete her run. The sky was pretty dark and clear; I was just looking south, and it immediately caught my attention. It was very beautiful, not much color, principally yellow. I counted for eight seconds from when I first saw it until it was gone. Seemed like an eternity, really nice. Very clear fragmentation. A nice teachable moment tomorrow morning. |
