I only saw it because I happened to look up at the right time. I was not observing the sky prior to the experience, I was just walking from my car to my front door. I feel privileged to have seen this. It was very bright and amazing.

Terminal flash
Observation
Yes
Remarks
It exploded after about 1 second, it's tail was much wider than any shooting star I've seen.
Fragmentation
Observation
Yes
Remarks
Its fragments (only 2 or 3, hard to remember) sputtered out and that was when it ended. The fragments had their own light/tails for a very short time, not even half a second.
