I and others noticed this when a flash like lightning drew our attention to the sky. The two yellow spots were clear and then fadded quickly. The blue streaking trail was clear and thinner away from the yellow spots. The blue trails fadded from view quickly. It had been partly cloudy but was clear at the time of the event.
